Tim Farrell is an illustrator based in Snellville, Georgia.

Tim hasn’t always been interested in drawing. But he has always been a big ‘ol nerd.

He earned his degree in biology and went to work in a laboratory (as you tend do with a science degree). During downtime between testing and experiments, he would doodle in the margins of his notebooks. He enjoyed it; his superiors not-so-much.

He left the laboratory to become a stay-at-home dad to his awesome kids.

He has four daughters.

That’s right.

Four. Daughters.

It was at home that he further cultivated his love of drawing. Being able to play and create with his girls gave him endless stories to draw inspiration from. Special time was set aside every day to sketch wild fantasies and imagined ideas.

And so, his artistic passion grew.

Thanks to his incredibly supportive wife, he is able to spend time with his greatest treasures and has the opportunity to pursue his dreams.

Oh, and they also have a small family farm with chickens and goats.

What a life!
